Kelly, James R.

Kelly served 25 years in law enforcement retiring in 1995. He graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a BS in Criminal Justice, also from the FBI National Academy, the Ten Week Basic Police School, Homicide Investigation School, University of Louisville Law Enforcement Management School.
