Charles David Kelley, a LatvianAmerican with dual citizenship is a minister and the Founder and President of Bridge Builders International. He has been working on behalf of Latvia since 1985 when he first visited the land of his mother and grandparents. He serves as Chairman of Partners Association Latvia and Director of Foreign Relations for the Latvian Evangelical Alliance.
