Charlie Keeton served 35 years on the Wichita Fire Department where he rose through the ranks to serve as the Chief Training/Safety Officer. Charlie coordinated the in-service training provided to the personnel of the Fire Operations Division, including management and oversight of all fire, hazardous materials, medical and special operations training functions. Charlie also served as the Department's Safety Officer overseeing its accident and injury prevention programs.
