Kay, Rich

The author holds a BS in Sociology and Education from the University of the State of New York and a MA in Human Resources Development from Webster University. Rich also served in the U.S. Military for 22 years, retiring in 1999 from the U.S. Navy at the rank of Lieutenant Commander. In addition to speaking on the topics of weight loss and achievement, he also currently works in the Information Technology field as a Program Director in Washington D.C. and resides in Woodbridge, VA.
