Kaufman, Joyce

Joyce Kaufman is Professor of Political Science and Director of the Whittier Scholars Program at Whittier College. Prior to joining the faculty at Whittier College in 1985, she served as a Foreign Affairs Specialist in the Office of Nuclear Policy, Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (International Security Affairs) from 1978-1979, and as a National Security Analyst with Pacific Sierra Research Corporation (1979-1982). She also served as a Research Fellow at the Logistics Management Institute in Washington, D.C.
