Katharyne Mitchell is an Associate Professor in the Department of Geography at the University of Washington. She is co-editor of The Companion Guide to Political Geography, and has published in the area of immigration, urban geography and transnational studies in journals such as Transactions of the Institute of British Geographers, Society and Space, Antipode, Political Geography, Urban Geography and Economic Geography.
