Karnad, Bharat

BHARAT KARNAD is a senior fellow in national security studies at the Center for Policy Research, New Delhi. He has been a member of India s National Security Advisory Board, and a visiting scholar at Princeton University; the University of Pennsylvania; the Henry L. Stimson Center, Washington, DC; and the Shanghai Institutes of International Studies. He is the author of four previously published books, most recently "India s Nuclear Policy" (Praeger, 2008).
