Kanter, Jonathan

Jonathan Kanter, PhD, received his doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Washington in 2002. He is currently assistant professor of psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where he directs the Depression Treatment Specialty Clinic which conducts research and provides behavioral therapy services. Kanter s research focuses on understanding the psychopathology and treatment of depression from a behavioral perspective, with particular emphasis on functional analytic psychotherapy and behavioral activation.
