Manjit S. Kang is a professor of quantitative genetics in the Department of Agronomy at Louisiana State University. He earned a B.Sc. in agriculture and animal husbandry from the Punjab Agricultural University in India, an M.S. in biological sciences from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, an M.A. in botany from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, and a Ph.D. in crop science from the University of Missouri at Columbia.
