Kaladeen, Jean

Jean Kaladeen is someone who came upon Larry, her rescue dog, accidentally. Adopting Larry gave her insight into the plight of rescue animals. She wrote this book so that people would consider helping these animals in anyway. It is important to her that adoption is viewed as an alternative to purchasing a pet from a breeder or pet shop. She feels that the challenge of turning a rescue into a loved part of a family is one of the most rewarding experiences of her life.
