Kaine, Cleo

Cleo Kaine is a native of Pine Bluff, Arkansas. She attended the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. She is a devoted mother. She has a passion for writing. She created the Simply Delanie series to address every day issues that a child may face. She also wrote Popular Bully, the first book of the series.
