Dr. Kachmann received his M.D. from Indiana university and completed his residency at Georgetown University, Washington, D.C. Dr. Kachmann is a board-certified neurosurgeon who has practiced neurosurgery for over 40 years. Since 1969, Dr. Rudy Kachmann has served Northeastern Indiana as a neurosurgeon.
