William Q. Judge is the E.V. Williams Chair of Strategic Leadership and Professor of Strategic Management at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. Bill was a U.S. Fulbright scholar to MGIMO University in Moscow in 2001, formerly served as the Director of the EMBA Program at the University of Tennessee, and has served as a board member for a $300 million health system for nine years.
