Tiara Hedgepeth was a "military brat" raised by a father who was a Marine. Her husband is a stellar Marine who has been on six combat deployments. She holds a Bachelor degree in Sociology and understands first hand from her family the trials of military life and challenges of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
