The author, Saba Joseph, has a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from M.I.T. and has participated in a wide range of Executive training programs at Harvard Law School, Harvard Business School, University of Tennessee, University of Massachusetts, Lowell and Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He is married. His wife of 33 years, Nancy, and his two adult Children, John and Elizabeth who were teenagers at the time, moved with him to China and helped shape the personal experiences described in this book.
