Joseph, Celucien L.

Celucien L. Joseph, Ph.D. (University of Texas at Dallas) is an Assistant Professor of English at Indian River State College. He is the Founder and President of Hope for Today Outreach, a Christian faith-based and non-profit organization based in Port St. Lucie, Florida.
