Jordan, La'chris

La'Chris Jordan is an actor, poet and playwright who was named one of the "50 to Watch" by the Dramatists Guild of America. Jordan's plays have been read and produced across the country in venues such as Urban Stages, Seattle Repertory Theatre, Arkansas Repertory Theatre, the National Black Theatre Festival, Ashland New Play Festival, and the Kennedy Center as part of the Essential Theatre's New Play Reading Series under the artistic direction of S. Robert Morgan of HBO's critically-acclaimed, "The Wire." Jordan has received countless honors for her work, and was a semifinalist for Julliard's
