Jones, Jane Gills

Jones taught high school English and journalism for nearly 30 years in New Orleans. After over 20 years at Riverdale High School, she took an early retirement from the Jefferson Parish School System and tried very hard to become a caretaker for her husband. In a few years she returned to teaching in the Catholic school system, retiring the second time after six years at Ursuline Academy. Now she divides her time between housework and writing.
