Jones, Barry

Barry Jones was Australian Minister for Science 1983-90 and Minister assisting the Prime Minister for Science and Technology 1989-90. A Labor Member of the House of Representatives from 1977, he held other portfolios including Technology, Consumer Affairs, Small Business and Customs. He is currently
National President of the Australian Labor Party.
