Kent Johnston has over two decades experience as an NFL Strength and Conditioning Coach. Johnston began his NFL career with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 1987. He then spent seven years in Green Bay during which time the Packers made six playoff appearances and played in two Super Bowls. He began researching youth training programs during his time with the Packers. The author also has spent time with the Seattle Seahawks, Cleveland Browns, and most recently San Diego Chargers.
