MacArthur Johnson practiced law for twenty-eight years before moving to the State of Nevada to fill the position of house council for a major construction company. He later became a consulting project manager and superintendent for large heavy civil construction projects in the Las Vegas area. Having retired in 2008, he, his wife Carol, their three dogs, and one cat live in Las Vegas. MacArthur and Carol, a retired teacher, enjoy golf year round in its desert climate.
