KATHERINE MILLS JOHNSON, D.Min., was received into the Catholic Church in 2013 after 30 years as a Protestant missionary. She is a Scripture teacher, writer, and consultant. She received her Master of Arts in Theological Studies and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Her doctoral research focused on lectio divina as a catalyst for spiritual growth. Katherine and her husband, Richard, have two children and three grandchildren. Her heroes of the faith are St. John of the Cross and St. Teresa of Avila.
