Stanislaw Jaroszek- writer, teacher and world traveler. Born in Poland to a peasant family, had a sad and tragic childhood. At the age of six was run over by a car and spent 3 months in a hospital. Lost his mother to cancer at the age of 8 . A couple years later, his father emigrated to the U.S., leaving Stanislaw in care of his 74 years old grandmother. In 1985, Stanislaw, at the age of 19, finally joined his father in Chicago, who died shortly after.
