Jamie L. Chester, L. Chester

Jamie L. Chester served on active duty in the United States Military from 1988 to 1992, then in the National Guard from 1992 to 1998. In that time he participated in Operation Just Cause in Panama, Operation Desert Shield / Desert Storm in Iraq, and was part of the 1996 Olympic Security Team in Atlanta.
