Brad James was born Bradley James Yellop in 1983 in London. Brad comes from a long line of creative individuals, including his great-uncle, Alec Gerard, who wrote for British sitcoms, and his great-aunt, Mary Brown, who has published two autobiographical novels. A prolific reader from a young age, Brad always possessed the ability - even whilst playing with friends and siblings as a child - to create his own Universe of characters and worlds, into which he would later adopt characters.
