Jalallar, Muhammad Khan

Mr. Jalallar proudly served his country, Afghanistan, as a governmental official for over thirty years. His service as a governmental official began when Sardar Muhammad Dawood was Prime Minister under King Zahir Shah's kingdom, and lasted through the Soviet Union's withdrawal from the country. He became a private citizen again toward the end of Dr. Najib's reign in 1989. In total, he served his country in the capacity of Finance Minister and then Minister of Commerce under three different regimes and many a different Prime Ministers.
