About the Author - Dick Jacobsen He graduated from San Jose University with a major in Civil Engineering and a minor in English literature. In 1980 he took six months off in Mijas, Spain to follow a dream to write. He got halfway through the book and all the way through his budget and decided to go back to building major world construction projects. Two years ago he completed his first novel, "The Chabahar Incident" and has now completed his second effort, "The Hobyo Affair," the second in a trilogy. He resides with his wife of 37 years in Redding, CA.
