Retired New York State Supreme Court Justice Randolph Jackson was born in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, New York, and is a graduate of New York University and Brooklyn Law School. He has worked on Wall Street with the firm Nixon, Mudge, Rose, Guthrie Alexander & Mitchell, served as a housing court judge, civil court judge, and criminal court judge, and was elected to two consecutive fourteen-year terms as a justice of the Supreme Court of the State of New York.
