Jackson, Phillip Ellis

Jackson has a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Chicago, coupled with years of experience on the Washington political scene. Dr. Jackson was a speechwriter on a successful congressional campaign, earned three Presidential Citations for Private Sector Initiatives for programs he created, and was instrumental in providing logistical support for the Dallas Round of NAFTA negotiations in 1992. He is currently vice president of a technology company working with many of the nation's leading businesses.
