Glenn grew up in the deep-south, in Georgia. He experienced the civil rights challenges and saw firsthand how people's beliefs and attitudes impacted their choices, which was his first exposure to the impact of leadership. Glenn joined the US Air Force and completed a 25-year career, honorably retiring in 1998. During this time he lived and worked with individuals from many different countries, religions and political persuasions.
