Jackson, D. S.

D. S. Jackson was born the second daughter of a fisherman and raised on the Island of St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands. Hers was a childhood rich in the natural experiences of living close to the land and sea. These days the author lives with her family in a small town in North Carolina. This is her first published story for "kids from one to ninety two."
