About the Author: Wendell J. is a veteran of the US Army. His duty and training was in the legal field. His job title was legal specialist. Throughout his enlistment, he spent countless hours as a prosecuting attorneys assistant. When he inherited the 1814 documents, he knew that many civilian and military laws had been broken. After much research, Mr. J has detailed all the events from the documents and all the violations of the law that had occurred on September 11, 1814.
