BAUCUM FULK is a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve. He is a member of the U.S. Army War College Class of 2010, attending The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University, as a Senior Service College Fellow. Lieutenant Colonel Fulk is an Active Guard Reserve judge advocate, currently serving as a professor in the Administrative and Civil Law Department at The Judge Advocate General's Legal Center and School.
