Insanally, Rudy

A citizen of Guyana, Mr. Insanally has dedicated the greater of his life to his country's diplomatic service. His experience in multilateralism was acquired over years of high level participation in the work of the United Nations, the European Community, the Commonwealth, the Organization of American States, the Caribbean community, the Rio Group, the Union of South American Countries and a number of other international bodies.
