Colette Inez is the author of several poetry collections, including "Alive and Taking Names," "Clemency," "Colette Inez: Greatest Hits," and "The Woman Who Loved Worms," She is the recipient of the Pushcart Prize and awards from the Guggenheim Foundation, National Endowment for the Arts, and the Rockefeller Foundation. She is a professor of poetry at Columbia University. She lives in New York City.
