Nilantha Ilanguamuwa is the editor and the founder of the Sri Lanka Guardian, an online daily newspaper, and he also an editor of Torture: Asian and Global Perspectives, a bi-monthly print magazine published by the AHRC (Asian Human Rights Commission) based in Hong Kong and DIGNITY (The Danish Institute Against Torture) based in Denmark.
