Jessica Hurley is the author of Let Your Worries Go, a book of lighthearted yet practical methods for keeping anxieties in perspective. She cowrote with Lynn Gordon a series of popular activity cards, including 52 Relaxing Rituals, 52 Ways to Stay Young at Heart, and 52 Party Activities for Grown-ups, among several others.
