A life-long adventurer, Marshal Hunter gives depth to his sci-fi/fantasy stories and characters with experiences garnered on his adventures. Four years in the U.S. Navy, a commercial diver, living in a tent for months on an archaeological dig and over twenty years of experience in historical research and reenactment, are but part of an exciting background he brings to his writing. His degree in sculpture and metal arts, and over a decade of professional technical theater provide diverse practical skills which he draws upon to further deepen his characters and stories.
