Hunter, Alan

Hunter was one of the first people in the UK to be tested for food alergies, which occurred in Rome, Italy in 1972 with the sniff tests. He got a diploma in Dietetics in 1982 and became a food alergen practitioner. He also wrote the book Discover Your Hidden Food Alergies.
