Stan Humphries is chief economist at Zillow, America s leading real estate website, where he created the Zestimate and the algorithm behind it. He is responsible for calculating all statistics on the housing market and is a frequent commentator on housing trends for CNBC, Bloomberg TV, and Fox Business News. He has a BA from Davidson College, a masters of science in foreign service from Georgetown University, and a PhD in government from the University of Virginia.
