C J (Chiarra Jonelle) Hughes Fashion Designer/ Author, was born in a small town in upstate NY (Hudson) and stood out in every way. She is the youngest of 3 older siblings. Inspired by her Father William C Hughes, who often encouraged her to create trends and not follow them. She was filled with a burning desire to become a Fashion Designer and so she went on to pursue a career in Fashion Design/ Merchandising. In which she is still heavily involved. (She has actually designed the cover and the dress the model Rese Wright is wearing is CJ's original design.) Now she is embarking on a new ventur...
