Huggins, Mike

Mike Huggins is Emeritus Professor of Cultural History at the University of Cumbria, UK. He has published many books and articles on the history of sport. His "Flat Racing and British Society, 1790-1914" won the North American Society of Sport Historians book prize in 2001.
