Teresa Garcia is a 30-something mother of two children with special needs (one is autistic, the other has chronic depression and anxiety issues at far too young an age), raising them "alone" in the small mountain town of McCloud, CA. She also has chronic anxiety issues herself. Writing is one way that she deals with stress, and her favorite themes to work with are growth and where the border between spirit and mundane really might be.
