Huband, Sue

Sue Huband was born in Sedgley in the West Midlands. She was educated at Dudley Girls' High School and subsequently, spent over twenty years teaching in a number of primary schools in the Black Country. Because of ill health, Sue's teaching career ended prematurely, as Deputy Headteacher at Hawbush Primary School in Brierley Hill.

Having retired, she began writing but never lost her desire to inspire and stimulate the imaginations of youngsters who streamed in and out of her Worcestershire home.
