Dr. Wen-Chen Hu received a B.E. degree in Computer Science from Tamkang University, Taiwan, in 1984, an M.E. degree in Electronic and Information Engineering from the National Central University, Taiwan, in 1986, an M.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Iowa, Iowa City, in 1993, and a Ph.D. in Computer and Information Science and Engineering from the University of Florida, Gainesville, in 1998.
