Howarth, Francis G.

Howarth is a research entomologist at the Bishop Museum in Honolulu. After earning degrees at the University of Massachusetts and Cornell University, and working for two years in agricultural extension in rural Laos, he began graduate studies at the University of Hawaii, earning his doctorate in 1974.
