CON HOULIHAN was born, as he puts it himself, in the hill country above Castle Island on the 6th of December 1925, in a blizzard . After working as a teacher he began writing as a journalist producing a column three times a week for the "Evening Press". Now he writes for a variety of publications, including the "Sunday World" and "Magill Magazine".
