Hou, Liyang

Liyang Hou is an associate professor of competition law at KoGuan Law School, Shanghai Jiao Tong University (Shanghai) since 2011. Before joining KoGuan Law School, he was a researcher at the Interdisciplinary Centre for Law and ICT, Faculty of Law, Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium) in 2007a 2011. He obtained a Bachelor of Law degree (with distinction) at Beijing Institute of Technology (Beijing) in 2001, a Master of Law degree (with distinction) at China University of Political Science and Law (Beijing) in 2004, and an LLM degree (magna cum laude) in 2007 and a Doctor of Law degree in
