Mr. Hoskins began tap dancing at age six in St. Louis, Missouri. He attended Brentwood High School where he was recently inducted into the school's Hall of Fame. Besides teaching at various universities and dance companies, Mr. Hoskins was a professor at Penn State University's theatre department and is professor emeritus in the theatre department of Florida State University.
