Sandi Horton took her first cooking course at the age of ten with her Junior Girl Scout Troop. She has loved cooking ever since! This cookbook was originally written as a wedding gift for her daughter. Requests for more books led to the creation of this book for public sale. Today Sandi lives in Waco, Texas with her husband and a houseful of rescue dogs, mostly Boston terriers. Every day is a culinary experience at the Horton House.
